To secure your spot, we require a deposit of $249 USD. With this deposit, you’ll be able to cancel your reservation if needed up until February 10, 2026 for a full refund. Our payment plan is based on your accessibility, we will work with you to get the full amount paid by May 10, 2026.

Your deposit is non refundable after February 10, 2026 at 3:00PM PST, any payments made after this date are non refundable. If you are sick or no longer able to come on this trip we can transfer your payment to another one within one year of the initial trip date.
